Remote Desktop
Let's get you connected, follow the steps below...
Note: remote services can only be rendered while you're on the phone to one of our technicians.
Step 1
We use Chrome Remote Desktop to facilitate these connections, if you do not have a Google Account, please create one here.

If you already have a Google Account, press the button below to get started.
Step 2
If we have connected to you before please skip to the last step. If not please follow these simple steps.

Please select the blue button labeled 'Download Chrome Remote Desktop'
Step 3
On the window that opens please select 'Add to Chrome' you will know the extension is installed when it changes to remove from Chrome.

Then close the windows that has appeared if it doesn't do so automatically.

After that please select the blue download button in step 2 again.

Once the download has completed select 'Accept and Install'
Step 4
You're ready to generate a code, select 'Generate Code' and provide your technician with the 12 digit connection code. Looking forward to helping you out!
